Celery with Peanut Butter and Wasabi Peas

As a college student, we have had our share of study nights. The problem with these late night study sessions is that people tend to go for quick energy {ie. candy bars, sugar, energy drinks}, but they neglect to actually get something nutritious in their body. For this night, I prepared coffee with soy, a wheat tortilla, wasabi peas and celery sticks with raisins and peanut butter. It did the trick in keeping me awake without crashing and I didn't feel sick after I ate it. Trust me, go for the healthy choices instead of skipping nutrients for a candy bar. the preparation may take more time than popping 75 cents in a vending machine, but the energy will last longer.
